Partner Success Manager

We are looking for a motivated Partner Success Manager to join our team in London (hybrid role). Your mission is to ensure our partners have the best experience with our product and working with Finimize to ensure repeat business.

As our Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing promotional campaigns for Finimize’s B2B advertising partners, as well as supporting our dynamic and growing sales team in initiating repeat business.

Most of our clients operate in the financial services and fintech space. Over the last two years, we have supported more than 200 businesses with their customer acquisition and development efforts.

Our most successful campaigns add real value to our community of more than 1 million modern investors and help our partners to achieve their campaign goals. Your role will be focused on delivering these campaigns for partners in a timely and precise manner. These campaigns include native ads in our daily newsletter, custom content hosted on our website, and sponsorship of custom webinars and events.

📝 As a Finimize Partner Success Manager, you’ll be expected to

  • Manage our B2B partner’s promotional campaigns from start to finish
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve time-sensitive queries for our partners
  • Support the Finimize sales team in developing sales intelligence and driving repeat business

This includes but is not limited to

  • Hosting and delivering onboarding and post-campaign analysis calls for partners
  • Setting and meeting deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of promotional campaigns
  • Preparing and delivering daily reporting on performance metrics of campaigns to partners
  • Working closely with internal functions such as Finimize’s content and community teams, to deliver campaigns for partners
  • Preparing and issuing partner invoices
  • Ensuring that promotional campaigns are being delivered according to contract terms

🤓 Things we consider advantageous to being a Finimize Partner Success Manager

  • Demonstrable experience in supporting/managing projects with external stakeholders.
  • Ideally worked within the digital media business managing promotional campaigns for financial services clients.
  • Refined communication and presentation skills to a senior audience.
  • Strong professional skills: attention to detail, excellent time management, commercial acumen.
  • An understanding of the financial services sector and fintech ecosystem is a big plus.

💰 Compensation

  • Base Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 dependent on experience
