Brand Partnerships Manager: Promotional

We are looking for an experienced Brand Partnerships Manager / Sales Manager with a strong track record in digital media sales. You’ll be working directly with our VP Business Development and our Head of Sales.

You’ll be responsible for selling promotional campaigns to clients along the whole value chain of financial services. Our multi-channel campaign approach is education-led and community-data informed. Our promotional campaigns are the most effective way to engage with the modern retail investor community at scale. Over the last 2 years, we have supported more than 200 businesses with their customer acquisition- and development efforts including fast-growing start-ups, scale-ups and fully established firms.

Our most successful campaigns add real value to our community of more than 1 million modern investors and help our partners to achieve their business goals. Sellable mediums include native ads in the Finimize Daily Newsletter, sponsored events, long-form growth content sponsorship, and social promotions.

📝  As a Finimize Brand Partnerships Manager, you’ll be expected to

  • Build and grow your own book of clients supported by a team of Sales Development Representatives and our B2B marketing function
  • Negotiate and sign deals directly with clients
  • Hit revenue targets consistently

This includes but is not limited to

  • Pitch Finimize promotional solutions to clients (mainly via call but also in person)
  • Build and share impactful commercial proposals
  • Negotiate and sign deals
  • Drive accounts / generate repeat business

🤓  Things we consider critical to being a Finimize Brand Partnerships Manager

  • Can demonstrate their sales record in digital media sales OR consultative selling-related functions
  • Min 3 years of sales experience
  • Hunter – we are not looking for farmers
  • Sold ticket sizes with a value above $30k
  • A strong desire to work in a startup environment

  • Worked for bluechip companies or high-growth startups / scale-ups
  • Sold to marketing functions in B2C-centric financial service firms
  • A strong understanding of the US financial service- and fintech ecosystem
